Location

Our normal hours 8:30am to 4pm Monday thru Friday and 8:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday. The doctor on call can see patients on Sundays and Holidays, by appointment only.

Our phone hours are 8:30am to 4pm Monday - Friday and 8:30am to 11am Saturday. Our phones are off from 11:30am until 12:30pm, daily, for lunch. Any time our office is closed, calls are taken by our answering service. The service will take your information regarding your call, and it will then be dispatched to the Pediatric Telephone Triage Service as they are received. Our doctors are on call for the practice at all times. If you are unable to automatically access our answering service via calling our office number, please hang up and dial 585-453-2405.

We now offer Telehealth Visits!

To schedule an appointment, call our office and speak with our staff as you typically would. You will receive a visit link via text on your phone directly from your physician, using a service called Doximity.

If you require an interpreter for any language including ASL, please notify us at the time of scheduling, and we will arrange one for your appointment.
