We use a secure and HIPAA compliant platform to connect with you. Unlike other services advertised by insurance companies, big businesses, or even urgent cares, your child’s visit will be scheduled with a physician at Pittsford Pediatrics. We will be able to review and document in your child’s medical chart just as if you were in the office. We are ready and available to keep your child’s medical care in your medical home!

We use a service called Doximity to provide you with video visits – by appointment, for complaints such as:

• Rashes
• Anxiety & Depression
• Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
• Swimmer's Ear
• Head Lice
• The Common Cold
• Vomiting
• Diahhea or Constipation
• Mental & Behavioral Health
• ADHD
• Allergies

You do not need an app to use this service!

Your physician will send a personal secure link, directly to your phone, and will connect with you directly by video.



To schedule an appointment, call our office and speak with our staff as you typically would. At or around the time of your visit, you'll receive a link. Just follow the on-screen directions to connect. 

Most insurance companies are covering these visits with the same coverage as in office visits, some temporarily during COVID19. You will be responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance. We will verify benefits and take any payment required over the phone at the time of scheduling. If you end up needing to be seen in the office, you will only be charged for one visit.
