Welcome to Pittsford Pediatrics! For over 60 years, we have been providing exceptional pediatric care to Rochester families. From newborns to young adults, we are here to offer evidence-based, compassionate care. Our goal is to partner with parents to offer guidance through every new stage of your child’s life, from toddler to teens and everywhere in between. We offer lactation consultations, behavioral health management services, after hours care, same-day sick patient visits, and more. Services
Lactation Consultations
Breastfeeding can be an extremely rewarding and beneficial experience for both mothers and babies. However, some breastfeeding mothers have more difficulty than others meeting their feeding goals. We have Laura Kosmerl, RN, CLC on staff to offer support and guidance on feeding your child. Consultations with our lactation consultant can be in tandem with a regular health visit or a stand alone appointment. Behavioral Health
Parents of children experiencing the symptoms of behavioral or mental health conditions have a lot of questions. We’re here to help. Our team has specialized experience dealing with cases of ADHD, ADD, developmental delays, depression, anxiety, and behavioral aggression. If you are coming into the office for a mental health consultation, you may need to fill out some additional questionnaires while checking into your appointment.

At Pittsford Pediatrics, we have five Board-Certified pediatricians on staff. Each of our providers have been named a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and all offer unique experiences and specialities to our practice.
