Welcome to Pittsford Pediatrics! Families in Rochester and surrounding areas have been trusting us with their children's medical care since 1960. We specialize in the care of children across all ages, from newborns through young adulthood. Are you expecting soon? First of all, congratulations! At Pittsford Pediatrics, we respect every parent’s right to choose how to feed their baby. Should your family choose to breastfeed, we have resources available to help you have a successful feeding experience. We have Laura Kosmerl, RN, CLC on staff to offer support and guidance on feeding your child either in person or via telehealth. We also have written material on our website to be the first stop for when any breastfeeding related questions or concerns arise.
