Administering eye drops can be uncomfortable to a toddler. Have your child lie on his back and shut his eyes. Place one drop in the inner corner of each eye. Tell him to relax his eyes. The liquid will seep into the eye without tears or fuss! Wipe off the excess with a clean cloth or tissue, and repeat with any additional drops needed according to your prescription. All staff we have interacted with have been professional/caring/kind. When the say they are going to submit a prescription to your pharmacy they actually do it without needing a follow-up call to prompt them. The office doesn’t have all the “bells and whistles” of some other pediatric offices but they are way more efficient with “sick visits” than our last kid’s doc or urgent care.

Best pediatric practice in town. Our three kids are in great hands. The nursing staff are great and Dr. Sengupta is fantastic. We have seen the other physicians for acute/sick visits and have been able to get appointment easily and quickly and great care. We just saw the new physician (Dr. Levine) for a sick visit for our 6 month old and he was also wonderful.

I love Pittsford Peds. I used to go there as a child and now my son has the same doctor, Dr Sengupta! He is amazing and so trustworthy. Everyone that works in the practice are so kind and so good. Whenever my child is sick, they get me in right away. All the doctors and nurses are so kind and you can tell they really care about the kids.

We love the practice as a whole, but especially our pediatrician Dr. Wojtovich! She is very attentive, takes our concerns seriously, and provides detailed information and suggestions as needed. It feels like a partnership where we both have the kids best interests at heart. I’ve never once felt dismissed or not taken seriously.Aside from our experience with our direct pediatrician, the practice set up is wonderful. We can always get in for a sick appointment when we need it! The sick appointment entrance is separate from well visits to not spread germs, which is much appreciated! The on call service is great, and they never make you feel bad for calling. It is clear when they say they’d rather you call to be safe, they actually mean it.Not only are the nurses and doctors great, but the office staff is wonderful as well. They are friendly and extremely helpful!We absolutely LOVE this pediatrician office, and would recommend to everyone!

Dr. Wotjovich has been our family’s pediatrician since my son was 9 months old. He’s now 12. Every single visit has been nothing short of a parent’s dream. Through well visits, sick visits, my daughter’s birth, and all things in between. Even when she’s out for the day and my kids have to see someone else in the practice for a fever and soar throat, we are always taken so well care of. We moved about 45 minutes away from the practice in 2023 and I have no plans whatsoever to find my kids a new pediatrician. It is 1000% worth the drive there and back to know they are so cared for. The way she treats my kids makes me emotional almost every time. And the staff of nurses and receptionists have always been kind and helpful and understanding on all fronts. Choosing pittsford pediatric associates was one of the best decisions I ever made an a mom. :)

I am so grateful for the wonderful service of Pittsford Pediatrics! Dr Wojtovich has been a great primary provider for my two girls the last 9 years. But I had an outstanding experience when my daughter had a medical emergency on Christmas Eve. From the on call message representative to both on call doctors we spoke to, they were kind, helpful, and patient during an otherwise stressful time. I felt very reassured and supported- they absolutely felt like a member of my daughter’s team. Thank you Drs Wojtovich, Goldberg, and Sengupta for all you do!

We have been with Pittsford Pediatrics for a little over 6 years and we love it here. The staff is all very friendly and does a great job listening to any concerns. We also love the process for sick visits-it’s nice to have a separate entrance, and we usually can get it fairly quickly.

Dr Sengupta was a perfect fit for our family of two. Being a single mother without direct family support close by, he provided excellent medical care and advice, meeting our unique physical and emotional needs. If we had an emergency, we were seen by the first available physician and found them all to be like Dr Sengupta, like family
